Cualquier incumplimiento o intento de incumplimiento de The Hermógenes Fernández Esteve Trust foundation© y/o Sovereign State REML© y/u otros documentos emitidos por éste contra el beneficiario/titular se considerará una violación del derecho de nacimiento del beneficiario, tal y como se ha ejemplificado anteriormente, y se tratará con la fuerza del derecho común y dará lugar a un Embargo Comercial Legítimo con un valor monetario a partir de Un Millón de Libras Esterlinas (£1.000.000,00 GBP) o su equivalente en oro y/o plata - por autor y por violación.

 

Aviso: incluido y no limitado al cálculo de cualquier componente de interés, se considera, en ausencia de los efectos de un contrato legal y vinculante, como un incidente separado cada impuesto, tasa o factura cobrada basada en incrementos. La unidad de incrementos determinará el número de incidencias facturadas.

 

Any breach or attempted breach of The Hermógenes Fernández Esteve Trust foundation© and/or Sovereign State REML© and/or others documents issued by this against the recipient/holder will be taken as a violation of the recipient’s birthright as exemplified above and shall be dealt with by the force of the common law and will result in a Lawful Commercial Lien with a monetary value starting from One Million Great British Pounds (£1,000,000.00 GBP) or the equivalent in gold and/or silver – per perpetrator and per violation.

 

Note: included and not limited to the calculation of any component of interest, is considered, in absence of the effects of a legal and binding contract, as a separate incident each tax, charge or invoice collected based on increments. Unity of increments will determine the number of incidents invoiced.
